Newborns through Crawling
Care-giver and child classes to stimulate both the children’s development as well as provide a supportive community for new parents. Parents will play an active roll in this class, modeling movements and behaviors for their child to follow.

Walking Through 2 Years Old
Parents will play an active roll in this class, modeling movements and behaviors for their child to follow. Children will crawl, climb, and navigate obstacle courses in an effort to improve body control an awareness.

3-5 Years Old
This parental participation class provides children with a gentle introduction to being part of a group, taking turns, and following direction. Games and activities will challenge children to improve body control and balance while celebrating successes along the way.

6-8 Years Old
Skill building classes introduce more complex movements such as combining skills to perform dynamic athletic movements. This class will challenge children to improve concentration and build endurance. Activities and games will add rhythm and timing to movements in an effort to create fluidity. This non-competitive team environment will ask kids to help and encourage their peers to do their best.
